2. Territorial availability
ITEMVENDOR accepts consumer Orders from countries made available for ordering on the Website and at checkout, subject to applicable legal, payment-provider, sanctions, publisher, tax and compliance restrictions. Availability of the Website or technical access to checkout does not by itself guarantee that an Order can be accepted from every country.
Eligibility is determined through the country and billing information supplied at checkout, payment-provider controls and proportionate Order review. ITEMVENDOR does not use automatic IP-based blocking or redirection as the sole method of territorial control. Additional country restrictions may apply where required by law, sanctions, payment-provider rules, publisher restrictions, tax configuration or documented fraud controls.
